At Rainy Day Pixels, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a misprint, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery using the contact page.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve any issues.
